Target stores have the TCL 55" 4k Ultra HD 2160p 120Hz Roku Smart LED TV - Black (55US5800) on sale for $399. There is a cartwheel coupon for 10% off TV's valid for the next 6 days.

$399- (10% $40) = $360 or $342 with redcard 5% discount.
Valid for in-store only - since cartwheel can only be applied in store. Do not order for pick up, cartwheel cannot be applied to pick up orders. Must buy in store.

This matches several previous prices for this TV over the last few months - it had been back up to $500 since mid-December.
Overall review summary is: this is a good tv for the price, has a great picture and the built in roku is a nice feature. Most everyone from the numerous previous deals seems to have found the picture quality quite good except for some viewers in standard def which may be improved via settings. At this price point, you will likely not find a widely available 4k TV that beats this deal.

I got the SquareTrade 4 year warranty as padded protection, in case it dies prematurely.
They won't let you add cartwheel at pickup for online orders. It is priced the same in store, they will likely cancel your online order and place in store to use cartwheel but they may give you a hard time depending on your store.

Thanks for the review I am on my way to pick one up now! I have a 3 or 4 year old TCL 1080p tv that has a fantastic picture quality - this should be a nice upgrade.

I haven't researched too deep into either TV outside of a couple of reviews, because I don't plan on buying either, so take my opinion with whatever amount of salt you prefer.

This tv has a tuner - an ATSC tuner is included in the specs. Just add an antenna. You can also plug in a 16gb+ USB stick and pause live tv via the tuner (no DVR capabilities just pause). That feature is pretty unique to this tv.
Tuner Type: ATSC, NTSC
isn't a built-in tuner mandatory for TV by current regulations? per FTC
"By March 1, 2007 all televisions regardless of screen size, and all interface devices that include a tuner (VCR, DVD player/recorder, DVR) must include a built-in ATSC DTV tuner."
