From the link;

Unlimited data on the Verizon network has arrived. Beginning Monday, Verizon is offering an introductory plan that gives you unlimited data on your smartphone and tablet on the best 4G LTE network in the country. With Verizon Unlimited, you also get HD video streaming, Mobile Hotspot, calling and texting to Mexico and Canada and up to 500 MB/day of 4G LTE roaming in Mexico and Canada - included.

Verizon Unlimited is a great value:

$80 for unlimited data, talk and text on your smartphone with paper-free billing and AutoPay.
$45 per line for four lines with unlimited data, talk and text on your smartphones and tablets with paper-free billing and AutoPay.

On all Verizon Unlimited plans you get our fast LTE speeds. To ensure a quality experience for all customers, after 22 GB of data usage on a line during any billing cycle we may prioritize usage behind other customers in the event of network congestion. While we don't expect to do that very often, network management is a crucial tool that benefits all Verizon customers. If you're on Verizon Unlimited, you'll have the same coverage and reliability as everybody else. You can add a connected smart watch, GizmoPal, or other connected device for just $5 each month. Get TravelPass for $10 per day (500 MB/day limit; 2G speeds after that) while overseas. Mobile Hotspot with 10 GB of 4G LTE data is included at no charge (after 10 GB you'll get 3G data speeds).

2011 UDP Plan Users – the big perk you have with your old plans is being able to upgrade your phones every 2 years. They're still worth more than this.

ALSO CHECK OUT: https://www.pagepluscellular.com (Verizon MVNO reseller) which offers better pricing than Verizon)

you can still get a 2yr subsidized phone on grandfathered udp by reading reddit.com/r/verizonudp <--- Not available for some grandfathered udp even through iconic portal. And there is no indication that this will last. <-- if it doesn't last, then we will switch.

TAXES: SOME STATES CHARGE UP TO 18% IN TAXES, BUT OREGON IS ONLY 1.5%!!! More Info: http://omninoggin.com/personal/lo...g-address/ Note: Article references Nevada, but as of 2017, Oregon is the cheapest. Also: https://www.nerdwallet.com/blog/u...new-state/
- You're welcome - Sincerely, Oregonians

Employee Discount Does NOT apply to new Unlimited Plan (EDIT: SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET IT BY TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE).
However, 15% military discount will still be honored.
  • NEW UDP Plan throttles at 22GB, most users agree, that level kind of throttling is not applied to legacy UDP plans until at least 100 GB.
Officially on website as of 5:15 am with breakdown of pricing
https://www.verizonwireless.com/p...izon-plan/
1 Line $80/month
2 Lines $70/line
3 Lines $54/line
4 Lines $45/line
5 Lines $40/line
6 Lines $36.67/line
7 Lines $34.29/line
8 Lines $32.5/line
9 Lines $31.11/line
10 Lines $30/line

A: It's $100 for the Unlimited shared "bucket", then $20 per phone/tablet/mifi device.
So 1 line = $120 ($100+$20) -- *note that you should join the single-line pricing of $80 ($60-single-line + $20 device) here
2 lines = $140
3 lines = $160
4 lines = $180
5 lines = $200
6 lines = $220
7 lines = $240
8 lines = $260
9 lines = $280
10 lines = $300

Don't forget to consider that , while you can move back to another plan if you decide to, the new plans that will be available may not be as inviting as the plan you had before you moved to UDP

It is $5 more per month for single line plans if you do not want to set-up automatic payments via checking account / debit card - so $85 instead of $80.

After 22 GB of data usage on a line during any billing cycle we may prioritize usage behind other customers in the event of network congestion.

So, it says "taxes and fees." I get the taxes part but how much are the fees? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Verizon has been really crappy in my area in central/ north jersey lately. Prices keep rising and services keep getting worse. I can't see how Verizon is worth the service with that kind of price point.

Wow. Never thought Verizon would cave so soon. Good thing there is competition.

I predict a lot of people canceling DirecTV and Att Unlimited to join Verizon.
