Perhaps I am a single case. At the end of last year, I did a similar deal, spent $50. Amazon hold shipping for one item for almost 3-4 months and eventually cancelled it. I never got the $10 promote. Anyway, I still have to use amazon for sure.

I placed the order and it said the promotional credit before I checked out. However, when I looked at the order again hours later, they had split it into two orders and the promotional credit info wasn't there any longer. I cancelled it.

Thankfully Target is doing a similar deal right now and it looks like there's a wider variety of items available for the promotion.

I had the same issue last time. Now somewhat skeptical of this deal.

Take a screenshot of your order fulfilling the Amazon credit obligation. If there is a problem later you have proof that your order met the rules of the promotion. I once had a problem with a different promotion and that screenshot of my cart got me the credit.

All items in my cart fulfilled the requirements. Contacted customer service they could not figure out get the code was not working and began making excuses. I just said forget about it.

Has anyone had the $15 credit added to their account? I got an email 2 days ago stating that the credit has been applied, but it is still not available for me to use.

A lot of the eligible items I prefer to order locally. Had they included laundry detergent, I probably would've taken advantage of this promotion.

Be warned - I got the email confirming that the credit was earned, but unlike past promotions can not get it to apply to any items shipped and sold by Amazon.
