That's what the reviews say, but Lenovo does not support 4K from what I've seen. I'm not sure the i3 can keep up with 4K - 7th gen or not?

No. Quite good and often like new. That's probably an option on some of them but I doubt this machine has these options...maybe the M.2 slot but I doubt the TV tuner port.

For me, 14 inches is where 1080p is almost essential. I would still buy a 12 inch laptop with 720p though (if it were a very good deal).

Tempted, but my biggest reservation is that nobody can seem to confirm the HDMI port is not limited to 1080p. There have been reports that the HDMI won't even do 4K at 30hz.
