I thought they got 100% tuition plus living expenses and a car. Plus someone to do their homework and take tests for them so they pass. That may just be for football and basketball though.

They should go to www.sandiego.edu instead. :woot: Ok, maybe not for water polo. If this info is correct, $42k for out-of-state for UCSB seems crazy. But I think it's much more highly regarded....
