As someone else mentioned, they're passive so require something to drive them. Amp, receiver, or (as I do) subwoofer with speaker outs. I use an old-school Logitech Z5500 sub with Klipsch bookshelf...

I have the RP-160M, the slightly larger version of these with a 6.5” woofer. Compared to my other bookshelves (Jamo C103, JBL Studio 530), these Klipsch are my favorite, especially for music. A...

Well your layout/environment will come into pay with that. Keep in mind they are both rear ported which your current one isn’t. In my experience unless your trying to fill a large layout or...

That shouldn't be much of an issue, the rear port has more to do with low range than actual audio. If anything it might balance out the "bright" nature of klipsch horn loaded tweeters.

I did not think of front/rear port. My current center is about 1 feet away from wall.

I have the RP 160M, RP600M and the RC-10. For my money best bang for the buck the RC-10 which can be had for 200-300. They all sound great but something about those RC-10s just stands out.

The Elac Debut 6.2 will be massively superior to this Klipsch speaker. Far better frequency response. FAAAR better. Add a good sub and you'll have a killer, killer system.
