Personally, I think the lack of penalties on Ally’s 4.75% CD makes this a less than great deal, especially with the possibility of rates going up even higher.

I got the 15 mth CD from Navy fed when they had 5.25%.
That rate is gone now.
I'll watch and wait to see who offers the best rates after the next couple of fed. res. rate increases for this month...

Two major bank collapses. SVB collapsed because they were so far underwater with rising interest rates. If they don't reverse course more banks will collapse soon.
