They are a factor as many goods have smaller parts that are cheaper to manufacturer elsewhere and import in large quantities. The Tariffs are a factor. This may just be M$ spreading the cost out...

Tariffs make sense on the components, but games? (Most) Games don’t need to step over the border, and a lot of games are developed in the US. Weird pricing. Also…. UGH!
