Unless they were exceptional, for a $20 bill, I'd probably only give $2, especially if a delivery fee was charged. :O

Those all sound pretty implausible. I've pretty much always had a decent amount of cash on me for years (who ever turns down cash as a form of payment?), and never even come close to having a problem.
