S.A.D is a bullshit diagnosis. Its often a side diagnosis for something else thats going on. Have you tried running around outside? Often depression due to weight gain is a reason for S.A.D...

My doc put me on an even higher than 4,000 daily dose...while you are correct you might pee some out, a higher does helps stabilize the amounts in your body. Or so my doctor says. It works for me, so...
