Could be configuration issue on new router if the hub never worked with the new router
I would take the hub and plug it into a friend/family/neighbor's router (or directly in their modem) to see...

My old ooma hub quit working recently. The 1 and 2 lights light up solid red.
I called ooma, they said I needed to replace it. They offered to grandfather me in to the old plan (no taxes/fees)...

I called in last week because my hub was not getting incoming calls ,
They just did an internal reset on there end and now it works ,
I asked if I could transfer to a telo and keep my no taxes and...

she said her ooma core still works and no problems. though they did say that there could be outages as it depends on the number of other core users still out there. think 'daisy chaining.'
