AFAIK, iphone 6 from T-mobile are all unlocked. I remember I used to order them from apple and select the carrier as t-mobile and they all came as unlocked.

I dont belive that's true. Yours came unlocked because you bought straight from apple. Someone who buys it from Tmobile will probably be locked in tmobile until they get it unlocked.

Should be, just so long as it's definitely unlocked. If for some stupid/ridiculous/unknown reason it's still locked, check AT&T for a link/URL where you can request an unlock.
