how? once you filled in the circle questions, you can only "submit and get rewards". if you refresh, you have to do the survey again.

Actually I had the same issue, you are forced to add an address and all you need to do is click on Save for Later underneath. If you go back to your homepage and reload you can use the tab to Redeem...

if you check your email confirmation of your subscription order, you can click the extra survey link on the bottom for another survey titled this and that which the questions are funny too.
