Informational Surveys: These surveys are sent to obtain information regarding your product usage, cosmetic/hair/skin habits, product likes/dislikes etc.. (These surveys are the only surveys that are tracked towards product compensation.) You must complete 5 Informational Surveys to receive a gift. We hope that this will help to clarify that only Informational Surveys will count towards any product compensation. LOL Same here. Don't they realize we get a zillion free things from giveaways and samples and it's impossible to just use one at a time. I use so many different things it's always a gamble when I have to pick one for their surveys.
Same thing happened to me . It wouldn't let me submit my brand so I had to choose another and then disqualified
