(These surveys are the only surveys that are tracked towards product compensation.) You must complete 5 Informational Surveys to receive a gift. I emailed them the above suggestion and hope they may consider it in the future.
for some reason i keep getting neutral stuff for light complexion.
I thought that they were sending that based on my survey responses. God knows i have told them i am a blond with fair skin and hazel eyes more than once. now i am wondering.

I did not realize that you could participate in one of the five parts, I thought it was do the survey they sent each day.
Now I have 3 packages coming to me with the stlu reference each at 3.0 lbs.
I am definitely not complaining just confused! I will be in lancome heaven!
