1. What am I being charged for today?
You are paying for 3 months of Unlimited Talk, Text & Data. You are also receiving a FREE SIM card.
2. Is there an activation fee?
NO. At Lyca Mobile, we believe in giving you the freedom & flexibility to use services without contracts or fees.
3. What network does this work on?
All of our products work on Lyca Mobile data network. You can check your areas coverage map within T&Cs.
4. Is this available in-store?
This offer is only available online.
5. What happens after my 3 months are up?
After the first 3 months you will pay the renewal price, for Unlimited Data*, Talk, & Text as mentioned on the offer page.
If you want to change your plan or top up, we've got over 50,000 retailers across the USA, so we're always just around the corner.

Upon expiration of initial 90-days of service, your payment method will be charged for additional 90-day service periods at the price of $105. Offer includes the following available discounts: 6 months of service for $180 or 12 months of service for $240. Log into your My Lyca Mobile account to make any desired changes to auto-renewal, plan duration options or payment method. If auto-renewal is disabled, discounted promotion pricing will no longer be available.

I received a sim and try to port in my number. And here is the issue I'm experiencing.
1. They say that there is a 8 digit pin in the order confirmation e-mail but it is not.
2. They have an activation webpage but it doesn't work. I tested the site in two different machines, one is Mac and another is windows11.
3. Their customer service is super poor. It is super hard to get in touch with the human being. I spent an hour to figure out the right selection to get the human. And spent an 30 min to get connected. Funny thing is that they drop the call after say hello. I say they dropped it, not phone got dropped since same thing happens during the chatting option.
4. This is same. I somehow find a right option to get the agent and agent say hello and disconnect the chat. I was talking and 5 min later, the system says that there is no agent in this chat. Lol
I still don't activate the service and waiting the agent on the chatting window. At this point, I'm not sure there is a real agent or not. Lol
Don't ever try to get this service. It is super horrible.

The 8 digit pin is probably the PUK code.
I just got a new sim card and ported my existing lyca to the new sim card. it only took like 20 minutes since i failed the verification at first (my "name" was my last name twice)
been using them for a very long time, cant beat like 10 dollars a month or less.
