ARCTIC Inc via Amazon [amazon.com] has 420mm ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II All-In-One CPU Water Cooler on sale for $111.34. Shipping is free

Product Description from Store
  • LGA1700 COMPATIBILITY: The Liquid Freezer II 420 is compatible with Intel's new Alder Lake processors - Socket LGA1700*
  • COOLER THAN OTHER AIO WATER COOLERS: The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II has a more efficient cool plate, pump and radiator that makes a difference among other AIO water pc fan coolers
  • 15°C LOWER VOLTAGE REGULATOR TEMPERATURE: An additional 40 mm VRM fan (PWM controlled) next to pump can provide extra cooling for the base and voltage transformer
  • INTEGRATED CABLE MANAGEMENT: The PWM-cable of the fans are integrated into the sleeved tubing. Thus there is only one short cable visible from the pump to motherboard replacing the usual cable mess
  • 80% LESS POWER CONSUMPTION: Unlike most pumps from our competitors, which run at full load even when idle, our pump clocks down consuming less power and producing less noise If no cooling is needed
  • MAINTENANCE-FREE WATER LOOP: The water loop is sealed and with high quality fiber-reinforce EPDM tubing you do not have to worry about refilling
  • EXTENDED WARRANTY: We now offer a 6-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Liquid Freezer II series coolers. The warranty extension also applies retroactively to previously purchased coolers
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Just a PSA. The chances this will fit in your case are statistically low. 420mm is monstrous so just make sure your case supports this first.
I have this cooler and it is awesome...but you better make sure you have space for it because it is huge.

Wonder if this is actually enough cooler for my i7-14700k, I have a Thermalright Phantom Spirit and it's hitting 100c in load tests which is insane.

If this cooler isn't enough, then you are pretty much SOL.

What compelled you to have a $150 cooler that performs similar to $50 air coolers? What's the point? Genuine question

No $50 air cooler is going to be similar to this. The ones that get close are more than $50 and put a huge weight on your mobo and make changing components a pain.

Also these are generally much quieter than air coolers.

I have this in a Fractal Define XL mounted on top. Mounting holes don't line up so I had to MacGyver the crap out of the mounting plate. Using this on an AMD 5900x.

I am so tempted, this would fit perfectly at the top of my 7000d, I am just worried about motherboard vrm cooler or ram clearance with the odd fan protrusion on the pump. Does anyone know how far it sticks out?

Curious, did you have to use less screws to hold it in place or did you have to drill out new mounting points? I was going to buy one for the Fractal Define XL, but I'd love to hear what you had to do to make it work.

It says this item is frequently returned on Amazon. Why are people returning it
Arctic's packaging is absolute shit. Thin cardboard box with barely any protection. Not sealed either. Fans frequently come damaged. Plus, this thing is huge and does not fit in most cases.
Arctic is overrated because of all the dick sucking done by Gamers Nexus.

Just to emphasize what some others have said: This big boy only fits in a handful of sub-$300 cases. It fits in the front of my Phanteks P600S but only with the pipes at the top. It supposedly fits into the top of a couple of the big Fractal Design cases (Define XL and Meshify, I think), and there's only 2 or 3 others that I found in my research it fit in. It did NOT fit into my Fractal Design R5, despite it being listed as capable of holding a 420mm radiator.

That said, my 5800X has never gone above like 50 degrees since I installed this thing, it's ridiculously effective. I don't regret spending extra on a super nice case just so that I could fit this sucker into it.

Fits in the $149 BeQuiet! Shadow Dark 800 just fine.

You think it'll fit in my Fractal Torrent?

If you remove the 180mm fans that make the Torrent a torrent then yes. The Torrent doesn't allow top mount, and this AIO doesnt work as a bottom mount.

It requires some modification to fit in the 7000d. I had to bend the tabs on the top 5.25 bay to make it fit. I didn't run into any clearance issues on my 7950x

Fits perfect in my Corsair 7000, 7800x3d and ASROCK mobo.
