Best Buy has this electric cooler on sale for $699. The original price is $949. Savings of $250.
This one is really cool (heh) because you can attach a solar panel to it to power it while on the go. It has a removable battery, as well, that is included.

I bought the 40 on kickstarter and i love it. I used it as a freezer for ice cream in the middle of a field from friday evening until sunday afternoon with a solar panel charging the battery and powering it during the day. If we camp with electric i just let the battery work until we get there and then i plug it in and no more buying ice! You can also power it with your car (cord may be sold separately, not sure).
I may be lucky, but only issue i've had is it stopped connecting to my phone for a bit but i eventually reset it and it works again.
These cooler with built in battery is a nice idea but the premium that you have to pay makes it a bad deal.
I bought a similar dual cooler with similar size(48qt) for less than $250. Buy a small power station with 300wh for $100. Serve the same purpose for half the price. Plus I can use that power station for other stuff.
Like I said, cool idea but the premium makes it a bad deal.
