$100GC for $80 [costco.com]. This apparently resets at the beginning of each month. Welcome to March! Spring is near!
Historically, and by trial and error, this is limit 2 per order, 2 orders max, secondary member has separate limit. 2x2x2=8 GCs max.

Yes, but it can be combined with Instacart gift card credits. I only add 1 - $100 gift card at a time. Say my bill is $120, I use the $100 gift card and then charge the rest to the Sapphire card and this will trigger the $15 credit.

i order 2 instacart gift cards once every 2 weeks ON AVERAGE from same costco.com account since black friday last year.

sometimes i order back to back days with no issues, sometimes i wait 2 weeks and get denied. i havent been able to figure out a pattern yet.
