I have TiVo - had it for over 20 years - no problems - till now - and their web site customer service area is horrible and mostly German now. And Jerson can kiss my Arse
Anyone else find any workarounds dealing with these jerks? I can't even navigate to an email address to bring this to their attention. Not sure they'd care - but they have never been like this is the past, in fact, they were the opposite (very helpful).

At this point, with all the streaming options\cord cutter options available it might be time to just move on imo.
