Look at the mapped path. It BARELY touched the southeast corner of Michigan. The other states listed have huge portions in the path. Just a thought as to why Michigan and other states are not listed as many more people in the states that are included will not need to travel to be in the prime path and therefore there will be more interest in those states. Think with an advertiser's mind. They are focusing on the prime market.

I would not say that Michigan is in the prime eclipse path. It is not. A tiny percentage of Michigan MIGHT be in the path and even then just the border. Here is the NASA map of the path. https://science.nasa.gov/eclipses...here-when/
