Target has the Mega Xbox 360 building blocks set on sale for 99.99. It's not LEGO but looks like a pretty fun building set to have assembled in your gaming room.

You can buy random Chinese LEGO knockoffs off of Amazon and the quality is better.
From browsing YouTube videos, Issues with this set include differing shades of white on the outer panels and panels that don't align properly.

by my experience, I would say that no, Xbox 360 was a functioning Xbox.
I didn't earn a lot of money in high school, but I spent about half of my college savings either buying new or fixing existing Xboxes. I went through 4 of them.
