MUST BE A CURRENT SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER WITH AN ACTIVE TRIAL, PAID, OR AD SUPPORTED SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ON OR PRIOR TO MARCH 25, 2024. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

• One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Columbia, SC (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to winner's primary residence as determined by Sponsor, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;
• One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one standard double occupancy room and room tax only) in Columbia, SC checking in on August 28, 2024 and checking out August 30, 2024;
• Two (2) VIP Lounge Experience tickets to see Hootie and The Blowfish on the Summer Camp with Trucks Tour at Colonial Life Arena on August 29, 2024 (the "Event"); • Each VIP Lounge Experience includes:
• Invitation to the Hootie & the Blowfish VIP Lounge;
• Appetizers and cash bar with one (1) drink token*;
• Hootie & the Blowfish memorabilia display;
• Photo booth, games and more!
• Specially designed Summer Camp with Trucks Tour poster;
• VIP-exclusive Hootie & the Blowfish gift item and laminate;
• Photo opportunity in front of the VIP backdrop to commemorate your evening (No artist participation included);
• Tour merchandise shopping before door time; and
• Dedicated entrance and on-site VIP team.

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $3,500.
