Just as an fyi, Roman short swords like this one, is one of the few swords based on practicality instead of based on style or cultural reasons. The big ball on the end serves as counter weight to the blade giving a more balanced or neutral feel to it as opposed to more tip heavy that most other swords are. This means it takes to change in direction or angle well. It also swings faster and feels more agile compared to a same weight sword without that ball that is more tip heavy. If you want to really learn how to use a sword for practical reasons, Roman short sword isn't a bad way to go.

FYI. This isn't real...

Yep, it's a training sword, I get it.... I'm just pointing out the merits of the Roman short sword based on it's form. What in my words made you think that I somehow didn't realize it's a training sword or otherwise not "real" ?

Wow, not only does this seem accurate for actual training (for the few people who might be into that), this is a great price point for a solid polypropylene molded sword that could be an excellent base weapon for cosplay or Halloween costumes. This company has lots of other weapons at really great price points. Thanks, OP!
