This is the same price on the Crucial site, https://www.crucial.com/memory/dd...32g56c46u5, and this has a really high latency at 46. I would skip as this is not a great deal from my reading of the specs.

CL46 is normal latency for 5600 DDR5. Look at most normal (non-XMP or not-overclocked) 5600 DDR5 and they are CL46. Running at DDR5 4800 and the latency drops for 40, which again, is normal. The lower the speed, the lower the latency.
EDIT: It seems to have dropped to $149.99 on Amazon for the 5600.
No…. Depending on platform (actually really all DDR5 atm) seems to have stability problems w more than two sticks …. Also you wouldn't want to mix and match ram(although I have seen videos w DDR4 where it worked)
^ basically buy a 32g 48g 64g etc kit with two sticks and run just those two sticks (I know you can get 4 sticks working but it's less stable)
If you want 32 get a 16x2 kit
48 - 24x2 kit
64-32x2 kit
Etc
