Right now you can get a Dell XPS gaming PC with this coveted GPU for only $2294.99 shipped after a 10% off coupon code "10OFFCLEAR". RTX 4090 GPUs are currently difficult to find at MSRP; right now, a 4090 GPU on Amazon sells at a $300-$500 markup. If this is the GPU you really want, you will definitely save money by getting this prebuilt PC like this one instead of going the DIY route.

Debating between this one and the Costco one in another post, is the price worth the upgrade for gaming in 4K- would also need too up the SSD to 1TB on the Dell

So you didn't just "upgrade my PSU in my last system to a 1000w without cooling modifications"...you put the guts in a new case (why?) and then added a PS and "hungrier GPU"???
Hopefully that "hungrier GPU" is a 4090, else I have no idea why you even thought you had a reason to have an opinion (to quote yourself).
I don't know what the chip on your shoulder is, but life is too short. Chill out a little. Not everyone has to build their own PCs. There's also times where it's not even economical if you can buy barebones and upgrade in house.

I personally went with the i7 k for an extra $100. Just having a better binned chip seemed worth it.
Yes, but probably not worth it
I personally just like stock looks with sound dampening. Like the Fractal Design lines. The RGB bling has always looked ugly to me. The best I ever did was a white light (old bar ones) at the top and bottom of a windowed Lian Li from like 2004.
