Here's a cheaper option if you don't need 8in pan

That's a good deal. Just paid for $40 for the 10" at Walmart to replace the one my wife burned up. Yes, burned up. I don't like her cooking.
I am a registered chemical engineer dealing with PFAS. I don't use any of the non stick ones.

I went for the 2-pan Tramontina deal at my Costco but later realized those are also made in China. I thought Tramontinas were made in Brazil.
For what I hear and read, the Brazilian made are great. Anyone know about the quality and safety of the Chinese made ones?

Ceramic is considered "non-stick" meaning it has the same problems as the others and will suffer the same fate. You'll be throwing it out in a few years, all the while you'll be eating parts of the pan. Any non-stick pan has a life span of 3-5 years (or less) depending on usage, making them a poor long term investment, irrespective of the probable health issues.

I was going to buy this deal (online only) but I've got the cheaper Tramontina deal (10" and 12" 3 ply stainless for $29 in store). I'll supplement it with a smaller 8" all-clad or something, as long as I can throw out all my "non-stick" crap and never buy another.
The ceramic in ceramic non-stick pans is not what makes them non-stick. The ceramic is impregnated with a silicone based lubricant that is released when heated. That is why they have a limited lifetime, when the lube used up it's no longer non-stick. For intents and purposes, they are disposable (most manufactured will take them back and recycle them but you have to pay return shipping).

Lifetime warranty, could have probably got a new pan for free.

We recevied a set of Calphalon tri-ply pots and pans as a wedding gift 17 years ago and they are still good as new. The key to keep food from sticking is to heat them up before adding oil and use oil, never cooking spray. Cooking spray polymerizes on the surface and is very difficult to clean off. Also try to rinse and scrub them while they are still warm and it makes cleanup easier. We wash/sanitize them in the dishwasher and have never had a problem. This is a buy it for life product.

for you cooks out there. what do you do to clean it easily after cooking? it's a pain to wash after making some eggs when i get done. also is ceramic better than stainless tri-ply clad overall ?

i'm not much of a cook. I guess people put their skillets in ovens for baking certain items?

It's because you are using the pan incorrectly. Heat the pan and test if it's ready to be cooked on by pouring a little water. If the water beads together and moves around like there is oil on the pan than it's ready. I'm sure you can find a YouTube video on it. That's when you add butter and oil. Most people don't wait long enough and that's why the food sticks to stainless steel pans. Once you know how to use them than you won't care about buying nonstick anymore.

I see carbon steel pans recommended for sticky foods like eggs over nonstick. Any specific ones to look for?

I am not sure someone else already added this note but in California these pans have a warning for chemicals below. Some of these are def not what I want in my pans.

Aluminum, Iron, Chromium, Nickel, Manganese, Copper, and Phosphorus

Look at kitchen aid cooksets, Mayer manufactures their pans and for many high end cookware companies.

Soak it in water for a bit to soften whatever is stuck on it. Then use rough side of sponge to clean or steel pad to scrub them off if needed.

Eggs shouldnt be too much of a mess? Maybe your pan is not hot enough when you put the eggs on?

Anyone know if these work well on induction tops? I only saw one review saying yes.

Bought try ply for use on Induction stove to reduce gas stove and non stick cookware. It is a nice upgrade. Just heat them before adding oil. Clean them immediately after cooking when hot to easily rid of any sticky food.

lol, what a joke. What pan isn't going to have aluminum and/or Iron in it??? KitchenAid cooksets will have the same warning.
