Its not monthly credits so please donot ask this question in comments.
You will be billed $2.75 per month for 36 months so you can pay $99 after 14 days and get your line free again.
New and existing customer will be charged $35 activation fees.
Existing customer total - $99+ TAx + $35 upgrade feee
New customer ccan cancel the line with in 3 days to avoid activation fees. huge YMMV though. Use the sim swap method before cancellation to unlock the phone. Make sure you pay off the device as soon as. you get it , by login into your account and pay it off.
I'm considering this deal, but the whole signup process along w/ the sim swap routine seems like a lot of hoops to jump through just to take advantage of this deal.
True but the monthly credits seem to make it a good deal
After reading the comments, I'm really interested in the monthly credit-- do those exist?
As he already said. He posted it in the details. Which he didn't. So that means several things. One is yes. And two means this deal and or att is scammer garbage that needs to be sold to clear the shelf for the same garbage with a bigger number an price tag written on it

I don't think you realize what's going on here.
I'm interested in the credits. How do I get those?

OH! How to get them! I must have misread. You have to have a couple of your children get jobs. Then when their first checks come in you can afford to sign up for AT&T service. Anywhere from $59.99 to $149 a month for a single line (plus 18 applicable fees + taxes for federal, state, city, UN, Ukraine, an Cali phone line rental surcharge ) An if one of you signing have good enough credit you will qualify for a $0.43 cent credit every month for the duration of the contract; usually no less than 720 months. They will automatically discount the 43 cents from the bill each month
All my samsungs got their final update at the end of year 2 after it's release date. Same time the battery always failed an it felt slower
This is a very nice phone BTW. Bought for moms almost 2 years ago seen none of these problems. It is super light. I was looking and Samsung does not have a nice support EOSL page like Google they are always making promises and changing I am hoping that they continue security patches (somewhat regularly) for 5 years then it will go in the bin as they have said I never trust the Android updates because well its Samsung.
My Samsung tablet is already 2+ years old they were patching that every month for the first 6 months, now if I see a quarterly patch update if I am lucky. One thing I have found about Samsung is they go hot and cold on their update cycles they are not rock solid like Apple or Google. Moto/Lenovo I expect nothing, and OnePlus seems to be back on track. It is sad that we do not have enough competition in the US for vibrant phone/tablet manufacture so these guys get lazy and forgetful of their obligations.

So mom's is out filming everything in 4k an editing her life's journey? Or is on FB? I'm not saying it's bad. It's samsung. It probably dumps on everything advertised here. I haven't owned a pixel yet to know I've been lied to like with motoralla. But cpu development almost came to a standstill pre 2020. Among other things. An Samsung worked back then.
Side note : Google play an app developers locked my s5 out of play store. An it was a good music player an backup if I broke the mains. Other than that it would crush my 2ndary moto made a decade later . Instead I just smashed it since Google retired it.
Thanks for the heads up tho. I will avoid testing Google phones if you find samsungs budget offering to be better
How long must you wait after paying off the phone to unlock it? I paid mine off yesterday, did the sim swap, then sent a request to Unlock as a non att user. It gave me an error saying device is on installment
