note for everyone... walkers are really weird with their units... they are very vague on which ones are stereo sound and which are mono. if you need to know where sound is coming from, this is a HUGE feature. these muffs are 100% mono presentation. it takes sound from all directions and broadcasts them to each ear equally.
this is still a good deal, but for many uses, spending the extra $30 on stereo sound is worth it.

You'll need something with an Noise Reduction Rating (NRR), and try to get the decibals down by at least 20. What I know SOME people do is use airpod pro while also wearing electronic NRR devices.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these Savior headphones are [amazon.com]. I bought them when they were $17.99 on sale a couple of weeks ago, and they are every bit as good as my Howard Leight set, but they're more comfortable because of the gel pads.
