LG 65" Class 4K UHD 2160p LED Smart TV at Target in Store YMMV $189

So I went to three Target stores around my area, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, and Glendale, to look for the LG OLED on sale posted on the other deal.

I was a bit late to the party and none of them had the LG TV.

They had some big sales though on their TV, some were 50% off, a few were 70% off.

This TV retails for $630, and I got it for $189. See receipt as proof.

This is 70% off. This is a bigger percentage off than the 55" OLED and 65" OLED which are both only 50% off. The 42" OLED is the only OLED that was 70% off.

I already have a 77" OLED in the living room and this was only for my 9ft x 9ft bedroom. We don't watch much TV in the bedroom so happy with the cheaper LED.

This is not true at all. I called every single Target in a 500 mile radius yesterday and this isn't true. I even had a couple managers check into the pricing and it was never priced for $189 at any Target in the US ever
Yeah, you might want to delete your account after posting that. Never read so much b.s. in such a short post.

Our main TV is a 65" Hisense from Best Buy, $250 on Black Friday 2020. Bedroom TV is a 65" TCL from Walmart, $228 on Black Friday 2022. Basement TV is a 65" TCL from Walmart, $228 on Black Friday 2023. So as you might imagine, a deal like this appeals to me. I imagine you would expend too much time, gas and energy actually trying to find a store that actually has this for it to be worth it, but you never know for sure unless you try. If you do try, I hope you score one.

Is says out of stock in-stores when you go to the item page on the website. Is there a chance it's available if I drive to the store or nah?

Hey, don't take all the attacks personally. People like to pile on on this app for some reason. God forbid you make a comment about coffee. if these people want to take time out of their days just to write a harassing comment that's their prerogative. Now you know for the future, though it is usually best to check either in store or with those websites that track inventory. Employees will buy them just to flip them on Facebook marketplace or OfferUp.

My Dad still calls locations. It's just his way. I don't give him shit for it. Instead I try to help him find what he needs when the circumstances warrant it. "Pops, you call and I'll check this way…."

So first of all not every store is the same. Not every store has the same amount of money to clearance items. Hell a decade ago at Walmart I had a manager that would clearance items down to a $1 to get stuff out of the store. Probably didn't do the store good. But getting $15 kcups for a $1 was a steal. And just because one store clearances an item doesn't mean every other store is doing the same.

I've visited 3 Target stores searching for 65" c3 oled (unicorn not found), I am impressed by SOME of the Target electronics departments getting redesigned and upgraded store space. They had a decent supply of nice TVs In the past they just had the back wall of like 10, usually cheap models which was fine. Now they have more luxury models and probably 20 models. They have added TVs in a couple of aisles too.

If it says LOW stock, you might still get one. My sister literally called a store this morning that was an hour away because it said low-stock on the website but still had a higher price listed; the associate price checked it for her over the phone, said they had one in stock and that it was ringing up $189, so she drove an hour and snatched it up. Probably got lucky, but "low-stock" is worth a try (and probably a phone call), while Out of Stock is probably not.

I find that in general, unless the deal makes something less than $50, you're pretty safe to call about them because most retail workers don't have the excess income to buy something that's $100 or $200 on a whim.
