99 percent of the people who buy the G3 are wall mounting it.
The other big difference between the G3 and C3 is that the G3 comes with a 5-year manufacturer panel warranty. My previous LG 65B7 should horrible burn-in after 4 years (~6,000 hours), so it's a sore point for me.
Does anyone have any opinion on the CPS extended warranty (assuming it's relevant to the electronics rather than the screen)?

Unless you're regularly watching 4K HDR content don't bother with the G3 as you won't notice the difference IMO… i have a 75 G3, 65 G1 and 55 CX (with dead pixels) and the only time i notice difference is when I'm watching high res hdr content and it isn't like wow omg…that's more so from the screen size
Google should help you with that.
I have a C1 and I'm perpetually bothered by how dark the picture is
I just got the G3 and I'm very happy with how it looks in the day in our bright living room
