What do you like about the 11 in 1?
This one goes to 11.
I use mine almost daily. Get some extra containers so you can do bulk preps. I use vanilla ice cream whey, blue berries, banana and a bit of milk. Or chocolate is just double chocolate protein powder and a little scoop of chocolate pudding.

Our go-to is the 7-in-1 and like someone else said, mostly we use the lite.
Our ice cream ranges from just dumping canned fruit (mandarin oranges, peach, pear, cherries plus the juices) into the container and freezing (running it on sorbet), to cherry + homemade yogurt to fruit + milk to Carnation Breakfast + milk + heavy whipping cream and everything in between...
Come summer, we'll toss figs right from our trees into the containers, add a little milk and have the best fig ice "cream." Can't wait for lychee to show up at Costco again...
For those who are put off by the cream cheese in Ninja recipes - we don't use it. We use milk and heavy cream (or just half & half).
For extra sweetness, boil sugar and water until it gets a bit syrupy. Adding straight sugar leaves a layer on the bottom.
We also use sometimes essences (orange, lemon, cherry, etc) to flavor milk / cream mix. Vanilla extract with alcohol is a bit harsh when frozen.
