BUT. It must be stated that this coffee sucks and tastes like crap. I will be using this for lattes only. Must be mixed with milk to NOT taste like absolute poopoo
I've been drinking the perfecto due to rich flavor, then I switched to gran selezione because it's stronger than the perfecto but the flavor not as good.

This is a decent entry level grinder that I have been using for cold brew. assuming you are drinking cold/drip/pour/french (espresso seems to be more demanding on grinder) , the fresh grinding will be a noticeable step up.

Yes, I freeze fresh roasted beans all the time and it really does keep them fresh for a long time. Once you take a bag out of the freezer though, it's better to just keep it out as opposed to taking it in and out of the freezer which can cause issues with moisture.
