Try turning off the Smart Connect feature. Mine used to do that too until I turned it off. Now they are amazing.

Umm..a bit much. iPhone can be buggy as heck, and many Asus models as well. Wifi 7 s finally in market, and there no rush to buy this used.
Had a few bad experiences with Asus routers. However my current I've gtax6000 has been great for nearly 2 years. B
