I got to the last question of a survey, hit the finish button and received an error. I did a screenshot of the previous page and error and emailed swagbucks support. This was the reply:

If you do experience any errors while taking surveys or where not properly redirected back Swagbucks.com upon completion, your answers will not be calculated in the survey results as a successful completion and a credit will not be issued.

Yep, afraid so. That is what they have responded to me several times. I don't bother contacting them much anymore, don't want to get flagged since I'm a high earner there. Sometimes if you reply and try to prove your point, they will credit you. They have not been so accommodating to me, but they have given me a courtesy award of 10 or 30 SB to shut me up basically....LOL!

I knew it must be the stupid SBTV....just got it at the beginning of the month on iOS....it takes hours to get 50SB and they think a bot is used for hours??? huh...shouldn't a bot finish very quickly?....no more SBTV for me...don't need those chump points for the headache....

Sorry, to clarify, my issue was with SBTV on the Website, not the app. Here's what my email reply said (cut and paste): "Your prizes are now approved. Please make sure to not use any unauthorized software for searching or SBTV."
