Cliff notes - Elizabeth is getting an award tonight for being on honor roll. Super proud of her especially since this is the "school for smart kids" I was talking about last year. She loves her school so much...like SO much. She's actually been walking around going "Man I wish Summer wasn't coming up, I wish we didn't have vacation. AHHH"

Oh I hear you. From about April to October I usually only wear sundresses. I love them so.much. Plus Old Navy had some awesome sundresses this year. One style (I think I posted it before) was my most favorite ever but it only came in black and fuchsia. Can't wear fuchsia with my hair so was only able to get black. I wish it had come in green or blue or white or something too.
Well I have a plan to help drop this spare tire of mine and cut down on the 4 bux per gallon my truck uses...I'm going to ride to work a few days a week to mitigate the tire and fuel.
I traded an old Bridgestone road bike for a Bridgestone hybrid
It's the XO3 but in red (see the XO4 picture) and has these funky mustache style handle bars with dummy break grips for alternate hand positions on longer rides.
I just put new tires and tubes on it as it had the original 1993 tires on it still!!!
Also picked up a set of SPD style click in pedals. These match the click in pedals on the SPIN Bikes @ 24hour.

Well....I just finished my 3rd week at a new job
Friday I took a change of clothes to my "cube" as well as a shower kit...So I should be good to go assuming I don't get plowed into by some idiot on their way to work Monday.
5 straight days of lifting heavy.
I gotta say: my mood has been awesome lately! I keep catching myself thinking "damn I feel good!"
Going to the gym is all I think about now!

as a complete aside.. you know how biscuits and gravy are delicious?
take a thing of chorizo and cook it. use that for the gravy. wow.
