I semi-know a guy who is going to be on Big Brother this season! His brother was active in our church until he left to start his own church in a neighboring town. He has gone to our church several times. I don't really KNOW know him, but I've spoken to him a couple of times and his brother used to teach my kids in children's church. Also, my friend & hairdresser? It's her best friend's husband's brother. It's so cool! His name is Caleb.

I hope he doesn't act like a douche. laugh out loud Robert knows him better than I do. The cast is looking more and more every year like they are straight out of modeling school.

Thank you! I have a little. I'm slowly working on it. Going to the Y, trying not to die on the machines. Haha It's a slow process. I'm getting old, though and I like food, so something has to give. The Y is it, I guess. Smilie

I read that one guy is a celebrity's brother. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) They're having some kind of America's vote each week. I hope his association doesn't influence the game.

Have you ever watched BB Canada? I've read that it's what old BB USA used to be like, but better. If I ever get time, I may see if I can find it online somewhere.

I haven't ever seen BB Canada but if I could find it, I might. He doesn't LOOK douchey but his brothers are class A, so we'll see. Robert has played ball, etc with him several times and talked to him more than me, and he says that he is by far the nicest one. I guess we'll see. I'm curious as to how much they have them play "characters" in there.

I found BB Canada online (very spyware-y site, so just watch what you click. It looks like the video is ready to play, but it's actually an ad and you have to wait until it says proceed to video before clicking. Huh ) and I love it!! It's SO much better than our BB! The people are very real (don't get me wrong, they're all pretty good looking/modely), but it looks like they could be pulled off of the streets. www.allshowsdaily.com

I just read that someone from our BB didn't even audition and was pulled out of a bar. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) I don't even know why I watch ours.

I've heard that several times. Houseguests saying they didn't audition. I think I heard Caleb auditioned for the Amazing Race and they put him on BB instead. I heard he auditioned for The Voice, too. I know one of his other brothers did and didn't make it. Anyway, I've heard some of them mention on the feeds they didn't audition right before they got in trouble for talking about production. I wish they would take some clues from BB Canada. I've watched quite a bit so far while I'm working and packing. Canada gives the HGs secret missions they have to complete that earn them rewards for the house. They play around with the HGs (there's a talking moose on the wall). The host actually laughs and jokes with the HGs on live nights. They penalize the players when they do something wrong. BB US lets them get away with everything (eating while on slop, singing on the feeds, cheating in comps). BB Canada actually gives some pretty rough consequences.

Their series is only on the second season and I feel like we could learn so much from them. Their twists are pretty unexpected, too. Ours are usually called weeks in advance and, they usually seem to be put into play when BB wants to keep a certain HG in.

Ah well, at least now I know I can have almost year round BB with ours in the Summer/Fall and theirs in Spring.

Personally I think ours should just let the chips fall. Stop trying to control who gets voted out. Put in better people if you think some aren't good for tv. Geez.
