Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest at Vintner's Inn in Santa Rosa, CA. Prize includes round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and one guest from major airport nearest winner's home to major airport near the destination city (at Sponsor's discretion); 3-nights lodging at Vintners Inn (based on double occupancy); a dinner for two at John Ash & Company at Vintners Inn; a wine tasting tour at Ferrari Carano vineyards on 9/2/11; admission for two to the Taste of Sonoma Festival in Sonoma, CA on 9/3/11; 4-days use of a mid-class rental car (to be awarded in the form of a check for $500 to winner)/use of rental car subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agency; spa treatment for two (2) available in-room or on location at Vintners Inn; in-room gift bag – includes Lindt chocolate, Lindt dessert books, Wine Spectator tote bag, cork screw, wine book and luggage tags; one-year subscription to Wine Spectator magazine (winner only); one-year online subscription to WineSpectator.com (winner only); admission to a wine school class – details found at WineSpectator.com/school (winner only). Airline and flight itinerary will be determined and scheduled by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to destination airport, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner's residence and lodging, and the difference in value will not be awarded. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, incidentals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges at lodging, laundry service, alcoholic beverages (other than those indicated herein), merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above as a component of the Grand Prize. In the event the wine tasting event, Taste of Sonoma Festival, or wine school class is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution shall be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on total number of eligible entries received.
