Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Limit: Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day and will receive ten (10) Throne Points per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

The capcha didn't work for me either - I know they test these things, but it looks like this one didn't get the testing it needed. ARGH! - In any case, I have sent a note to ePrize and let them know we're all having problems. Hopefully, it will get fixed soon as it looks like a great promotion!
