- Trip to Chicago, Illinois: One (1) Trip for Two (2) individuals, for the winner and a guest, to Chicago, IL. (ARV: $2,700). The Trip will include:
- Airfare: One (1) Round-trip Airfare for Two (2) for the prize winner and a guest, from a major airport nearest the winner's home to Chicago, IL. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.
- Hotel Accommodations: A Three-Day/Two-Night stay for Two (2) Individuals, the winner and a guest, at a hotel of the Sponsors' Choice, based on double occupancy. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required.
- Dinner Reservation for two (2) individuals, at Chef Homaro Cantu's restaurant, Moto.
- Trip to Luke Bryan Concert: One (1) Trip for Two (2) individuals, for the winner and a guest, to see a Luke Bryan concert. (ARV: $2,100). The Trip will include:
- Winner will be able to select one (1) show in the market of their choice in 2012 that is mutually agreed upon with Luke Bryan's management team.
- Airfare: One (1) Round-trip Airfare for Two (2) for the prize winner and a guest, from a major airport nearest the winner's home. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.

- $3,000 Shoshanna Gift Certificate: One (1) Gift Certificate for $3,000 worth of apparel from designer Shoshanna. (ARV: $3,000)
