Sweepstakes begins at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 6, 2011 and ends on 1:29 p.m. PT on June 8, 2011.
Open only to legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia, (but excluding residents of Rhode Island, New York and Florida and specifically excluding U.S. territories [including, without limitation, Puerto Rico], protectorates and foreign-based U.S. military installations and embassies), who are at least twenty-one (21)years of age or older on the date of entry and who are members of the EXTRA on-line community. There is no charge to become a member of the Community. To become a member of the Community, go to www.extratv.com and sign up prior to entering the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Includes:
(1) Roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest on an airline selected by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion to Aspen, Colorado for five (5) days/four (4) nights to attend the Aspen Food and Wine Festival; departure will be on June 16, 2011 from a major airport nearest to winner's city of residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; return date is June 20, 2011; both Prize winner and Prize winner's guest must depart from the designated airport on the same date and time; approximate retail value ("ARV"): $5,000.00;
(2) Hotel accommodations (regular room; double occupancy) in Aspen for four (4) nights; ARV: $2,500.00;
