On or around July 5, 2011, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing among all sweepstakes entrants received by midnight on June 30, 2011. The winner will be notified by e-mail only. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at discretion of Tablet Inc., an alternate potential winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The prize for the winner is 4 nights in a Milliken Room for two people, a complimentary gourmet breakfast each morning delivered anywhere on property, and an evening wine and cheese "Magic Hour." The winner will also receive prizing from Snooth, Inc., which includes a farm to table winery experience at the Long Meadow Ranch in Napa, CA, with a daytime tour and dinner at the restaurant. Hotel bookings are subject to availability, and any changes made to a reservation after the initial booking will be at the sole expense of the prize winner; certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. If the potential winner is unable to visit the hotel or its destination for any reason, including visa restrictions, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the grand prize. Unless otherwise specified in a specific month's sweepstakes, all ground transportation including rental cars, meals, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals and all other expenses are not included. The prize may be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates: approximate retail value of the grand prize is $2500 - $7,500US depending on hotel and travel dates. Stay must be consumed within one year of the day the prize winner is first notified by Tablet Inc. The prize is not transferable and may not be purchased, sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for value without the prior written permission of Tablet, Inc. The prize winner is solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and travel insurance and hereby acknowledges that Tablet has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize winner may be required to execute and return a release of liability form prior to reservation of the hotel stay or flight ticketing. Prize winner may not be a minor.
