Online Entry: To enter online, visit www.daveandbusters.com/visitorlando (the "Sweepstakes Website") and complete the information requested including first and last name, email address and zip code ("Online Entry").

Tag Entry: To enter via your mobile device's web browser, use a Microsoft Tag Reader application on your web-enabled phone/device to scan the tag displayed in the Sponsor posters and other printed material. You will be routed to a webpage to complete the information requested including first and last name, email address zip code to enter the Sweepstakes ("Tag Entry"). In order to scan Microsoft Tag codes, your mobile device must have a Microsoft Tag Reader installed. Tag entry may be limited and may not be available through all wireless carriers. To install a Microsoft Tag Reader, go to http://gettag.mobi or download the free reader from your phone's app store. Get the Microsoft Tag reader, open it and read the Microsoft Tag. Standard data rates from your carrier apply. Mobile web browsing capabilities may be limited and may not be available through all wireless carriers. For web browsing, a service contract with a wireless Internet or airtime provider may be required. Check with your service provider or refer to your service contract for complete details, availability and coverage and a description of applicable charges as message and data rates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any Microsoft Tag Reader website, download, claim or otherwise related to the entrant's attempt (successful or otherwise) to install a Microsoft Tag Reader. Sponsor does not endorse any such Microsoft Tag Reader company products and any download is at the sole risk of the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to electronic or technical reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Limit ONE entry per person/email address for the sweepstakes period. Entries submitted in violation of the 'Dave & Buster's - Win an Orlando Vacation Sweepstakes' entry rules will be void, including multiple entries. All entries become the property of Visit Orlando and Dave & Buster's and will not be returned. All entries must be received by July 17, 2011, at 11:59 EST the official end date of the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees of Visit Orlando (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this contest (and the immediate family members) are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local U.S. laws.

4. PRIZE DRAWING
One (1) grand prize winner, five (5) secondary prize winners of the Dave & Buster's Prize Packs (value: $100) and ten (10) winners of a $50 Dave and Buster's Gift Card, will be randomly selected on or about July 27, 2011, from all eligible entries received. The prizewinners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize by registered mail or email within 10 days of the drawing. To claim a prize, prizewinner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 10 days of notification. If prizewinner does not comply, the prize package will be forfeited and no alternate will be selected. Travel companions of winner may also be required to sign and return a Travel Liability Waiver.

5. PRIZES
1) One grand prize trip will be awarded. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport near the winner's residence for four (4) people (the winner and up to three additional individuals designated in writing by winner) to Orlando, FL. Sweepstakes winner and additional individuals must provide all documents required for air travel. Travel must begin/end with the same major airport, with the same service and winner is responsible for ground transportation to/from the winner's and/or traveling guests' residences to the airport(s) at point of origin. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignment, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prizewinner. Full size car rental vehicle from Dollar Rent A Car (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) will be provided for five (5) days; driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, additional taxes, etc). Accommodations will be provided for four (4) nights in an Orlando area hotel in a standard quadruple occupancy room. Final hotel selection is at the discretion of the sponsor. The winner will also receive eight (8) one day admission tickets to winner's choice of the following Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando or SeaWorld Orlando. Grand prize winner will also receive a $400 Gift Card to Dave & Buster's and Dave & Buster's merchandise, including: 4 T-shirts, 4 Hats, and 4 Pint Glasses. Entire trip must be completed by July 17, 2012. All reservations are based on availability and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date. No trips may be taken during the blackout periods specified by the aforementioned prize package partners. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $ 4,779.00. Actual value may vary based on location and timing of departure. All other expenses are the winner's responsibility, including local and ground transportation, telephone/Internet, meals, room-service charges, parking fees, and gratuities. Any penalties associated with changes made to any reservation following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of winner.

2) Five (5) Dave & Buster's Prize Packs each consisting of a Dave & Buster's T-shirt, Hat, 2 Pint Glasses and a $100 Dave & Buster's Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $150

3) Ten (10) $50 Dave & Buster's Power Cards. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $50.00.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. TERMS/CONDITIONS
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that Dave & Buster's and the Sponsor, and their officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this Sweepstakes, or from acceptance or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that the Sponsor or their agent(s) may use and/or display the winner's name, address (city, state only), likeness, biographical information and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and Dave & Buster's are hereby authorized to change or update these Official Rules as deemed necessary in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Neither Dave & Buster's nor Sponsor and their respective affiliates, agents, clients, and/or promotional partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete or late entries, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmissions, which may limit a users' ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.

7. TAXES
All taxes on prizes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable/assignable. No cash alternative to prize is offered and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
