Grand Prize: (1 winner) Winner's choice of the following trips:

-Option 1: Napa Valley California Trip: A trip for two persons to Napa Valley, CA, consisting of round-trip coach airfare from major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to San Francisco, CA, 3-nights/2-days' hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel in the Napa Valley area, 3 days' mid-size car rental; 2 days of cooking classes for two persons which consist of one culinary cooking class with wine pairing day and one market day which includes visiting local fresh markets and learning how to shop with a chef in preparation for another culinary dinner. Car rental subject to winner and/or travel companion's holding a valid driver's license and qualifying as an eligible driver under applicable car rental policy (including the attainment of age 25) and other rental car company terms and conditions. Car rental does not include gas, tolls, parking, fees, collision waiver insurance, or any other related fees. (ARV: $9,636)

-Option 3: Tucson Culinary: Canyon Ranch Spa and Resort: A trip for two persons to the Canyon Ranch Spa & Resort, Tuscon, AZ, consisting of round-trip coach airfare from major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to Tuscon, AZ, ground transportation between airport and resort; 4-days/3-nights' accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); all meals; total daily activities credits of $390, including cooking classes, per person during the entire trip; and $1,000 spending money. (ARV: $8,500)
-Option 4: Lenox Culinary: Canyon Ranch Spa and Resort: A trip for two persons to the Canyon Ranch Spa & Resort, Lenox, MA, consisting of round-trip coach airfare from major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to Lenox, MA, ground transportation between airport and resort; 4-days/3-nights' accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); all meals; total daily activities credits of $390, including cooking classes, per person during the entire trip; and $1,000 spending money. (ARV: $6,850)
-Option 5: Austin Culinary: Lake Austin Spa and Resort: A trip for two persons to the Lake Austin Spa and Resort, Austin, TX, consisting of round-trip coach airfare from major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to Austin, TX, ground transportation between airport and resort; 4-days/3-nights' accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); all meals; daily unlimited activities, including cooking classes; and $1,000 spending money. (ARV: $6,750)

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL GRAND TRIP PRIZE OPTIONS: All other costs not specifically above as part of the Prize, including but not limited to meals, beverages, hotel and personal services, ground transportation, souvenirs, insurance, etc. are solely each Winner's sole responsibility. All trip accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by Sponsor; however, a minimum of 21 days advance reservations is required; and all accommodations and reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary and present necessary travel identification documents prior to ticketing. Travel Companion may not be a minor, unless the Grand Prize Winner is his/her parent/legal guardian/spouse; however, in no event may the travel companion on the Napa Valley Trip be under the age of 21 years old. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of award of the Grand Prize. IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PRIZE OPTIONS: Entrants should regularly check their spam filters and email messages to ensure they do not contain any important Promotion notifications. Regardless of Prize won, no Prize is redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a Prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value. Each Winner of a Periodic Sweepstakes and the Winner of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of notification or attempted notification of being a potential Winner, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including Social Security Number as required for tax reporting purposes) & Publicity/Liability Release (where permitted by law), or an alternate potential Winner(s) will be selected. Additionally, Winners will receive a Form 1099 in the amount of the actual value of the Prize, as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternate potential Winner in the event that: (a) a potential Winner is unreachable; (b) a Prize notification email is returned as undeliverable or is not responded to; (c) failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (d) a potential Winner declines acceptance of the Prize; or (e) if in Sponsor's determination, a potential Winner has not complied with these Official Rules. All Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible entries; however, Sponsor will make no more than five (5) attempts to award a Prize. If after five (5) such good faith attempts, Sponsor is unable to award a Prize; the Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor has no responsibility for a Winner's inability to accept or utilize a Prize.
