Promotion begins August 12, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 5, 2011 at the close of participating store hours. Contact your local Banana Republic store for specific store hours.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia), Canada, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period or while supplies last, obtain a Win Your Salary Game Piece. There are four (4) ways to obtain a Game Piece:
With your online order: Make a Banana Republic merchandise purchase from any Gap Inc. brand online site from August 12, 2011 and August 23, 2011 and your order will ship with a Game Piece. Game Pieces are available in limited quantity; some orders made during this window may not ship with a Game Piece.
Email: Sponsor will email select existing customers a Game Piece. If you are a potential Grand Prize winner, your Game Piece results will be instantly displayed as part of your email. Take your Game Piece in-store to reveal your Special Offer.
On Facebook: Visit the Banana Republic Facebook page and follow the links and instructions to print a Game Piece. https://www.facebook.co
In-store: During store hours from September 2, 2011 to September 5, 2011, visit a participating Banana Republic store to obtain a Game Piece. Game Pieces are available in limited quantity in participating stores.
Except for email entrants, after obtaining a Win Your Salary Game Piece, present your Game Piece to a store associate at the point of sale in a participating Banana Republic store to reveal if you are a potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification. All entrants must present their Game Piece in-store to reveal their Special Offer.
Limit: One (1) Game Piece per person. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of Game Pieces by any method will void that person's Game Piece and that patron may be disqualified.
Prize Claim Instructions: If you receive a Grand Prize winning message as part of your Game Piece, print your name, address (no P.O. Boxes), email address (if applicable) and phone number on a plain piece of paper and send it, along with the original Game Piece, via certified mail, return receipt requested, to "BR Win Your Salary Game - Winner," Fulfillment Services, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069, U.S.A. to claim the prize. For prize claim questions, email [email protected]. The potential Grand Prize winner should retain a photocopy of his/her winning Game Piece. Facsimiles, photocopies and mechanically-reproduced Game Pieces are not eligible. Grand Prize claim must be postmarked by September 10, 2011 and received by September 17, 2011.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner's current yearly salary (no greater than $100,000) awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $100,000. Currency of prize determined by country where redeemed. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants. Potential winner must provide an authorized letter from his/her employer to verify salary amount. If authorized letter is not provided within the required timeframe, potential winner will receive $50,000, pending verification. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted unless otherwise stated previously, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize or a prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Grand Prize will be fulfilled 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion.
