Prayer Request Thread.

I am feeling very stressed lately about a few things. I could really use prayers for the weight of the stress to be taken off my shoulders, please?

Please add my husband's aunt and family to your prayers. She was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain cancer today. I don't know the exact kind, but the prognosis isn't good. DH's mom died of cancer (colon) almost 13 years ago. I can't imagine losing one child to cancer - much less two. DH's grandparents are still living - in their late 90s and living independently! The family has elected to not let them in on the severity of the cancer.

Please pray for her comfort and for some kind of peace for her and our family.

Well as much as I try to stay away from this thread; after my earlier post today I got more bad news. It seems that my BFF has been putting off telling me that he may be having a re-occurence of bone cancer. He had this along time ago (20+) years and since then has had another bought of a different type of cancer so this may be round 3. He didn't want to tell me because he knows I'm having other problems. I feel silly as this is way bigger than any of my problems. He won't know for sure for a few more weeks, they are still testing.
