21+, US, one entry per person/email address per day. Ends January 25, 2012 @ 11:59pm ET
Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Los Angles, CA for the "READY FOR THE RED CARPET" event on February 24, 2012. Prize to include roundtrip coach airfare from a major commercial/gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the United States to LAX for two; a 2-night stay (double accommodation); two VIP tickets to an OK! Red Carpet event on February 24, 2012; hair & make-up consultation with a Wella Professional Sytlist; Wella Professional Gift Basket in the hotel room. (ARV: $3,500). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel sweepstakes at any time, or substitute prize with one of greater or equal value. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be able to attend the "READY FOR THE RED CARPET" event. If Grand Prize Winner and guest are not able to attend, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.
Grand Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service mini-bar and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the point of departure and fare fluctuation. Final travel arrangements and choice of accommodation to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize Winner lives within approximately 150 miles of Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner will receive ground transportation or cash equivalent to Los Angles and will not receive additional compensation of any kind in conjunction with such prize substitution. If the guest of the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such parent/legal guardian must pay his/her own expenses. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure; and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize/prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor's obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided.
