open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18) as of date of entry.

PRIZES: Only the prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes:
Weekly Prize: Four (4) winners (one (1) winner per weekly drawing – see schedule in Section 4 chart above) will each receive $500.00, to be distributed in the form of a $500.00 Visa prepaid debit card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): ($500) each.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Miami, FL. The trip consists of: round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home to a major U.S. gateway airport in or near Miami, FL; hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy) ("Hotel") for four (4) days/ three (3) nights for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); transportation to Hotel from the airport in or near Miami, FL for Grand Prize Winner and Guest upon arrival (exact transportation to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and from Hotel to the Miami, FL airport upon departure. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
