Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on October 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (ET) on November 30, 2011.
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous continental United States (except residents of Rhode Island), who as of the date of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
GRAND PRIZE: (one [1] "Grand Prize" is available): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for four (4) people to Honolulu, Hawaii. The Trip includes the following:
(i) roundtrip economy class airfare for four (4) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner's residence to Hawaii
(ii) five (5) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, quadruple occupancy; room and tax only) in Hawaii
(iii) one (1) copy of Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy on Blu-Ray™
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,173.00. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel.
Specific air carrier(s), Hotel, and other Trip specifics detailed above are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). If Grand Prize winner elects to take fewer than three (3) or no Travel Companions, no additional prize element will be substituted. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: Trip must be taken on dates determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety, no prize element substituted and an alternate prize winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All meals, gratuities, excursions, ground transfers, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure and airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her Travel Companions. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee(s). All travel is subject to availability. Travel must originate and end at the same major U.S. gateway airport. If Grand Prize winner's residence is within 150 miles of Cocoa Beach (as determined by Sponsor), airfare portion of Grand Prize will be forfeited and no additional prize element substituted. Grand Prize winner and his or her Travel Companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city, departure date and return date. Grand Prize winner and his or her Travel Companions will be required to provide valid government issued ID at time of travel as required by airport and airline authorities. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of Trip without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian who executed Release of Liability document on said minor's behalf. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of Grand Prize travel and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor or its designee.
FIRST PRIZE: (ten [10] "First Prizes" are available): Each First Prize consists of a $25 Landry Inc. (Rainforest Café & T-Rex) gift card and one (1) copy of Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy on Blu-Ray™ (ARV: $75 each).
The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $4,923.
