(1a) VIA TEXT: If you are an eligible Verizon Wireless service subscriber, during the
Sweepstakes Period, send a text message with the word "PROBOWL" from your
handset to the number "8917". You will be charged for the text message sent
according to the terms in your Calling Plan with Verizon Wireless. You will then
receive a free confirmation text message notifying you that you have successfully
completed Step 1. Once you have completed this Step, then follow the instructions
for Step 2 to complete your entry process.

Step 2: Register for My Verizon using one of the following methods:
(2a) Visit www.verizonwireless.com/myaccount and register following the on-screen
instructions.
(2b) Download the My Verizon App to your mobile device and register for My
Verizon, following the on-screen instructions.
Once both steps have been completed, you will be automatically entered into the
Sweepstakes.
Both Steps must be completed no later than 11:59:59 PM PST on December 31,
2011

Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States,
18 years or older as of the date of entry, whose primary residence is in AK, AZ, CA,
